Paid subscription works in a modular format to allow investors control over their information requirements. This means subscription to various information archive areas, such as circulars, financial advertising and financial reporting can be paid for separately. If an investor decides to subscribe to all available archives, a single subscription fee will be charged. PAID SUBSCRIPTION RATES: Investors that want to have access to the archives of the InvestorPortal will need to opt for the added functionality through the paid subscription feature.   Annual Subscription  (excl VAT) Annual access to circulars and annual reports archives R 3,990.00 Annual access to financial adverts and annual reports archives  R 3,990.00 Annual access to circulars, financial adverts and annual reports archives R 6,270.00 Electronic online proxy voting rate overview - iProxy For JSE listed companies only – Utilising the electronic online proxy voting platform – iProxy – to assist shareholders in the executing of their voting rights and strengthening the shareholder relationship, the JSE listed company will need to pay a fee for the application of the iProxy service offering. The iProxy process can be utlised for Annual General Meetings and/or Corporate Actions. The following rates apply for the utlisation of iProxy and is for the account of the JSE listed company. Casting of votes is free of charge. Note on additional databases: this can be databases from either ULTRA Registrars, STRATE, CSDP's or Computershare, both or from overseas transfer secretaries representing other countries, however the proxy voting process is to be centralised in South Africa and country specific regulations must be considered first. Note on pricing corporate actions: pricing is subject to the condition that multiple corporate actions and the AGM will utilise the iProxy process. Note on VAT exclusion: all quoted prices exclude the standard 14% VAT charge. Note on conditions prebooking of events and databases: if no corporate actions take place and only the AGM utilises the iProxy process, then the pricing structure associated to AGM only will be made effective and any difference in price must be accounted for.
